Beer & Cheese Pairing: Presented by Straub’s

Straub’s is proud to partner with Operation Food Search on Thursday, April 23 at Straub’s Clayton for our Wisconsin Artisanal Cheese & Schlalfly Craft Beer Pairing. This Adventure Seminar will be conducted by Barrie Lynn from The Cheese Impresario, and Stephen Hale from Schlafly Brewery.  All proceeds from this event will be going to Operation Food Search, which was established in 1981 to address the growing problem of hunger. Operation Food Search has become the largest distributor for free food in the St. Louis bi-state region helping to feed the area’s poor and hungry.
