It’s time for the Operation Food Search Tomato Explosion. During the month of July, more than 50 St. Louis restaurants have designated a tomato dish on their menu where a portion of the proceeds go to benefit Operation Food Search. Dishes include items such as caprese salad, pomodoro pasta, heirloom tomato salad, roasted tomato soup and fried green tomatoes.
