Our Community Food Partner Agencies are vital to our ability to get food to the community. The nearly 200 partners, including pantries, churches, shelters and other community sites, are largely volunteer-run and require great dedication to the people they serve. Together, they create 1.5 million human interactions each year.
As a food bank, Operation Food Search secures funding, rescues and sources food through a variety of ways, and then sorts and distributes food to our Community Food Partner Agencies. We also support them through training, capacity building, nutrition education resources and more. They then serve the community directly. We could not do this work without them!
