Pineapple Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1/4-1/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons honey
Optional Toppings:
- fresh sliced bananas and pineapple
- fresh berries
- shredded coconut
- chopped nuts
- dried fruit
- a drizzle of nut butter
Directions:
- In a blender or food processor, add 1/4 cup milk, banana, pineapple and honey.
- Blend on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. The mixture will be thick! Add more milk if too thick.
- Scoop the smoothie into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice!
