Our Policy and Advocacy Team attended the National Anti-Hunger Policy Conference in Washington, D.C. this month alongside other national organizations, members of Congress and key administration officials. They participated in workshops aimed at tackling hunger and heard from experts in the field about innovative ways to improve access to nutrition programs like SNAP, WIC and school meals. The conference culminated in a day on Capitol Hill where our team met with several Missouri Congressional members, including Senator Roy Blunt’s office, to talk about the important work we do at Operation Food Search.
