Director of Development

Operation Food Search is looking for a passionate and experienced fundraiser who loves connecting donors to mission and community impact. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Development will play a key role in the annual fundraising efforts. With a particular focus on working with individual donors throughout the giving cycle, the Director of Development will manage a complex direct response and stewardship program and a portfolio of individual donors. The Director of Development will also contribute to endowment and legacy giving efforts. This position will lead and support a strong staff team, including the Special Events Manager, the Volunteer & Food Drive Manager, and the Development Coordinator.

Special Events Manager

Operation Food Search seeks a talented and results-driven Special Events Manager to join our Development & Communications team. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for ending the cycle of food insecurity, play an integral role in connecting donors to our mission. You will join a fast-paced team always searching for innovative ideas to engage with our supporters, volunteers, community partners, and the participants we serve. Reporting to the Donor Engagement Officer, the Special Events Manager is responsible for managing a variety of events that inspire the community and generate financial support.

MetroMarket Operations Associate

The Operations Associates directly assists the MetroMarket Leads in running the MetroMarket Mobile Market and warehouse tasks. Operations Associates are involved in a rich variety of tasks and skills including customer service, produce display, quality control, community engagement, maintaining a clean and vibrant sales environment, and assisting with load on/load off.
