Formed in February 2010, the Operation Food Search Friends Board is a vibrant network of young professionals who share a passion for making a difference in the St. Louis community. Members bring a wide range of skills, experiences, and perspectives to support OFS’ mission to heal hunger with innovative and collaborative solutions that provide food today and help create a hunger-free tomorrow.

Through volunteer service, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach, the Friends Board helps expand awareness of food insecurity. Their efforts directly support Operation Backpack, which provides at-risk children with weekend meals to help bridge the gap when school is not in session.

The Vine, a special donor group that is led by the Friends Board, bringing together individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the St. Louis community. Members of The Vine connect with like-minded friends and professionals, enjoy exclusive networking opportunities, and take part in exciting Friends Board events.

As part of The Vine, you’ll stay informed about OFS initiatives, discover meaningful ways to give back, and play an active role in ensuring that children across the St. Louis region have consistent access to healthy, weekend meals.
